I want to buy a new portable piano so that I can bring it around the school and play. But I have no idea what to look up on google…

I want a piano that is like:

Double Keyboard
Small, about 1 meter long
1 keyboard at bottom, the second one is on top, i dont know how to describe.
use battery that can be recharge (if it just a normal piano, that even better)
Portable

Price doesnt matter. As long as it less than $4000 my parent willing to pay for it.

What is the word that use to describe this type of piano?

@Eckhart:

> Jesus christ, you have one hell of a budget. You can get what you want for less than a hundred bucks, but you might as well get the best I guess.
> Looking up 'portable electronic keyboard' should bring you plenty of results.

I looked up so many title like "Portable Electric keyboard, Double Electric keyboard, double keyboard piano,…" but none suit my look

Normally there are 81 key on the piano right? I want to divide that to 2 part. One part is on top, one part is at the bottom, so the piano is shorter (but taller). I dont care if it electric or acoustic. In fact, I dont care if it is heavy or not. as long as the key weight like a normal piano key, and the sound are good, im happy.

Yes. My parent willing to spend $4000 bucks for it.

This are two examples of what I think you mean.
Good luck with your search.

Wait…

I dont really get it, but...

Is this for piano playing? I really dont like those bass sounds or whatever those sounds are. I just want plain grand piano sound. Is that possible?

I just want a small portable piano so that I can run around the school, find a good spot, sit down and show off to my friend

Yeah, you're looking for a [mini keyboard](http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=mini+keyboard&hl=en&tbm=shop&aq=f#q=mini+keyboard+music&hl=en&sa=X&tbs=p_ord:r&tbm=shop&ei=guw2T-bCCKWs0QWby4ivAg&ved=0CMwBELsNKAA&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=50dd18073c2b03f0&biw=1920&bih=944).

Also, your parents must be hella rich if they're willing to spend that much on you.

Pretty much all of them should support multiple instruments. That's how MIDI works, actually.

What I'd personally look for is something that you can also plug in into your computer, so you can at least record what you play. A plus there is that you can use more advanced software for mixing and such, which is very interesting.

Yours faithfully,
  Stephan.
