Scott
Most routers I have seen have 2 port fields, the incoming and outgoing place your server port in both those fields. You don't need to use port range forwarding for eclipse routers have single port forwarding.

Marsh
You must have filled something in wrong or your server wasnt running.Remember when using the Eclipse status checker you are giving it your external ip found at www.ipchicken.com not your router ip. Use this ip for others to connect to your server as well.

deathtaker26
Guide to Port Range Fowarding:Step1: Run command prompt and type in ipconfig you will get results like this the red circled is stuff you need to write down.[![](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/pics/e96bea43a859ebe26c59c4fc7148f878.png)](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/#e96bea43a859ebe26c59c4fc7148f878.png)Step2: take your default gateway and type it into your address bar when it asks you for your password and username, enter it. than click on the applications and gaming tab. and you will get a page as such:[![](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/pics/36e11d7668ea2ab514db6842a0cdaea6.png)](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/#36e11d7668ea2ab514db6842a0cdaea6.png)Step3: fill in the application text box as w/e you like, make sure it's like your game name or eclipse.Step4: fill in the start and end text box as 7001 if you are asked as tcp/upd set as both or 1 upd and 1 tcp dependent on how your page is.Step5: under IP address set it to your ip address from the command prompt. mine was 192.168.0.100Finally go to this site: [ipchicken](http://www.ipchicken.com) and get your IP, this ip is the ip that you will give others to use to connect to your server. try to connect and you're done!
