If i understood correclty: In your Data.ini set Scrolling to 0.

As desiderium said: Make sure the top left tile (the first tile) is just a black tile (in case your background is black) because that will set the transparency color.

Downloading them from there doesn't mean the sprites are alligned properly. You should re-allign them and see what happens.

Are you sure they are alligned properly?

You gotta name it 800x600 too. Make sure its .jpg because thats the default file type that the code will load.

Re-install or install (if you havent done so yet) the library files. It should register all the files you need.

Go into your client folder, go into your GUI folder and replace the file called 800x600 (the rest set of the default GUI is there for you to edit too) by your own GUI.

1-Did you even check if the file is placed there? Maybe you deleted it. 2-Make sure you have VBMP.ocx registered.

… Emm.. If it says it doesn't exist...then it doesn't exist for gods sake -.- And for those that says the URL is incorrect, then place them on the corresponding folder path.

I believe you set Map Morality to None. I think. Never got to mess with that part of the engine. About spending points: Go into your character menu, and click the red + icon next to the stat. Its not so visible with the default GUI but its there, just look closer.

Gotta agree with everyone here. Maps are too empty. It doesn't feel right. Add more detail to the roads and grass, be it flowers, bushes, dirt, rocks, etc.
