I used to have layered windows in 7 Nations a long long time ago, I found it reduced performance, quite a bit, but bit is easy as hell to do and works great…

Downlaod it for PC its a single player game. Plus a construction kit is coming out, that will make it way more fun with mods and such. Other then the fact the game already is boring and repetitive and VATS is completely useless.

I would recommend you are capable of debugging simple elements before you use this, but: The first error means, you most likely didn't set up the mapRec and tileRec up correctly. The second Error just means I forgot to leave a Const in there just add Public Const MAX_MAP_NPCS = X Make X the same as whatever it is in the source. just find "MAX_MAP_NPCS" in the source you pasted it from and paste that line over.

EDIT: and even after about 6 months of services your not going to have much of a server ready, if you had been saving 15 bucks a month all that time. 6 Months, 90 Bucks 1 Year 180 bucks You understand that the shitty case to a computer is about 50-75 dollars alone, performance ram is around 20 dollars per GB, then you have a 80-100 dollar motherboard, and the worlds shittiest hard drive for 20 bucks. and what… a single core AMD 2.2 processor for say, 80 bucks. All and all a bucket of shit computer, without a good connection is going to cost around 280 dollars (depending how you do things) not to mention the 200 dollars a month you need to pay for good internet limitless internet. I don't know about you, but I have 3 other clients buying full blow servers from me for 40-60 dolalrs a month, 15 dollars for a slice of the pie isn't much. EDIT 2: Also there is no setup fees or any of that garbage, I will even make sure you get logged in and get your server working before you transfer payment. If you find anything that is even close to that kind of a deal, show me so I can beat it.

This is a simple template, you find MapRec and TileRec in the old source you maps are in and you find the new, MapRec and TileRec then use the template to just plug shit in, its really not all that hard.

IF they set up the scrolling maps propery this wouldn't be very hard, they could make a smooth scrolling in and out bar in like 20 minutes.

You obviously do not have the intellegence or maturity to dream of maknig a 3D game and you do not have the drive to make any game worth being played by 1000 players.
