Well 2D MMO's are a dying breed. The only decent ones are now just the Zelda RPG's for the DS and such. I want SE to come out so we can get a whack at 3D MMO's and make a lot more happen. And as for games not being made anymore, well there are tons in the works (mine is one of them), but any good game takes TIME…

It's not new, but it's different from 90% of games… In most games (including RPG's), you HAVE to choose either the good or evil side. And the paths don't have to play out the same for the player, you can randomize quests given or storyline given even. Or you can at least split it up according to player race/class (like AO).There are many ways to change things up..

You must've done a source edit recently that screwed something up. Because that error could be happening for a lot of different reasons, you need to give more info then that if you want anyone to be able to help you.

I disagree Anna. By "good" and "evil" I'm being very general, it will definitely be more in depth then that. But 2 different main questline paths is freedom right there, that's a huge choice that players decide for themselves. Or players don't even need to do the main quest, they can just do side quests or just kill monsters or whatever, that's freedom. ~ Lam3r

Yep, I completely agree, and these are lots of the things we are addressing in my game, [Ancestry Online](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,55174). In AO the player gets to choose the "good" or the "evil" path. Also, in AO you are a member of a tibe, and each tribe has it's own unique story and questline. As for the main plot of the game, I guess it's technically saving the world somewhat. But you can choose to "save" it or "destroy" it. No more details on that until we post our official WIP ;P

What kind of sound file are you trying to load? I'm pretty sure ES supports .mp3,.wav,and .midi. I know for a fact it at least supports .mp3 because I'm using it on my main menu fine ;) ~ Lam3r

Is it possible to loop the music on the main menu? I successfully got music playing with [Kite's Tutorial](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=38308.0), but I don't know how to make it loop/know if it can loop. Any help?
