Portforward

After a few months i tried to portforward with my (Serioux) router, still no luck.

Opened my router admin panel.

Portforward

IP: 192.168.xxx.xxx

Port: 8000 - 8000

Protocol: Both (TCP,UDP)

Config.ini

IP: 79.113.xx.xx

Port: 8000 (Server side too)

Firewall: Turned Off

I checked my Port to see if is open and it says it is Open.

Port [8000](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_8000) is open on 79.113.xx.xx

I try to login in game… Status: Offline

What can cause this problem?

You dont portforward the 192.168.1.100, thats ur local router ip. Go to www.whatsmyip.org to see the real ip to portforward

Both your router firewall and your local firewall is off?

I think your ips are right. I would try it without greendudes advice. But i may be wrong.

Try to put 127.0.0.1 as your ip in your config. Sometimes it cant return your own external address.

Greendude is not right, putting external IP on router's admin panel says:

**Invalid IP address! It should be set within the current subnet.**

If i put 127.0.0.1 on config.ini i don't think players will be able to connect to my game or can they?

YOU use 127.0.0.1 give players your external. That is most likely why the checker is saying its online but for you its offline.

Your IP while portforwarding the "192.168.xxx.xxx" should be your internal IP. Find it by using ipconfig /all in a command prompt. It's the IPV4 address.

Nevermind, thank you all, my friend tested it and it works, i think i cannot connect to my own external ip haha.

But like Marshy Dearest said, if i put (For Me) in config [background=rgb(247, 247, 247)]127.0.0.1 and players have my External Ip, i can play with players right?[/background]
