DshWinchester
txtbox is the best way for high numbersunless you enjoy scrollbars a lotI change all things over 255 to txtbox cause its a pain waiting until stop on the number you like itgreetings santa, love you
WiseRock
Byte = 255Long = 32767Integer = 2147483647Try going to modTypes then change the scrollbar from long to integerfor example```Stat_Req(1 To Stats.Stat_Count - 1) As Byte```If i would like to increase the stats from 255 to 32767 I would change the Byte to a LongIf you want to change 32767 to 4000000 You would change the Long to a Integer. Thats what I would DoTell me if it works
Ryo
You mean integer =32767@santa you can change max value in the properties of the scroll
santa-clause
No you guys don't get it**[Sawamura](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/index.php?/user/47493-sawamura/) is the only one that gets it**Because if you make the scrollbars get higher numbers then you get overflow errors even if you change max_integer. Ryo
Guys You are mistaken long for integer and vice versa…For the overflowI also advice using textbox Because you need precise values, but if you still want to use scrolls, just multiplie the scroll value by 100 or 1000 etc... you ll get big values without overflows.Integer can t be > to 32767 use long For your textbox value... abhi2011
Scrollbars use Integers rather than their max is therefor the max value of integers (32627)If you try higher I think it will overflow (Don't think it will actually compile) So ur best bet is to use textboxes or something similar. Ryo
For the scrollbars I always make their max equal to 100 and use it as a percentage of a max value, for exemple max_experience.
abhi2011
Thats a wise way 2\. But I would rather use TextBoxes but scroll Bars keep it neat.
