shrig94
I think the quest editor should be able to handle quests being combined with quests (as in a multi step quest). Also support for multiple items or kill 'x' npcs would be sweet.
shadowwulf
everyone seems to be thinking of like major theme of a quest.if you can string multiple part together and just put in key info for quest types then it would work best i beleive.so you can string and repeat these as any part of a quest.obtain item from characterobtain item by craftobtain item from dropdeliver item to npcdeliver item to locationkill # of X npcsprotect X npcstravel to specific locationscriptedagain, you should be able to string together any amount of these and repeat some and even swap to a scripted one and back.things like destroy buldinf could simply be deliver item to location then use a script to replace the tiles. monowolf00
How about 1 where you have to chase down an npc?Hey i'm sorry this is so off topic, but will there be a map convertor for 2.7 to 2.8?
shadowwulf
chase down npc = locate npc with scripted npc to run away or hide if you want it complex.the quest editor wouldnt be able to control the npc.that woudl be scripted npcs.although with the quest ediitor could use do the following:assign locate location codeassign locate npc code + script codescript code will spawn scripted npcscripted npc would do what was needed for avoidance.that would be cool
