Well as all of you probably dont know…
im pretty chubby  :lipsrsealed:

its a horrible fact that i need to realize lol.

i only have fat around my abbs/stomach area.
everything else is muscle  :azn:

If you guys know any workout
that doesnt involve the Gym ( my mom doesnt trust me enough :( )
that i can do to help lose this weight by the end of the summer.

situps/pushups. i knwo they're basic.. but they build muscle for me pretty damn fast.

start out doing as many as you can once a day for about a week or two. then try to add 10 to it for another week, add 10 more, etc etc.

you will turn that flab into ab* << that sounded corny…
