That would be impossible as it would be a violation to the rules. Even if he creates an account after the ban it would still bypass the mute and/or the 80% (might be %79 or %78 now).

The case of Hippoman should actually have been treated a few months ago, at least. When even more community problems showed up, the moderation and administration team decided to ban him for a week and left that message or reason because he definitely should work on both his attitude and his socialising skills. Any violation of the rule such as proxying and multiple accounts will result in a full, permanent ban, also if attitude and socialising skills aren't changed within that week and it ends up that he is still causing problems, then a full ban will be taken into consideration.

I double that. Very well said. Took the words right out of my mouth. People get addicted to one thing that it even gets kreepy at a point. I think Hippo has reached that point. We all need a break once in a while.
