amd athlon 1.25 ghz
ram 1gb
but my friend intel C2D 2,5ghz, 2gb ram, geforce 8600gt and have flashing too

He wouldn't be able to access the game if that was the problem.

My suggestion is that you update your Video Card.

I meant as in, Download the latest driver for his video card, not buy a new one :P

Thats  what i thought, But Azure said it happend to him and it wasn't the map it was his Graphics card.

Sorry, I assumed he'd misread one of your posts.

Loading any type of control with special effects over a rendered area is going to cause problems, obviously.

There is no way that his problem is caused by hardware issues or referenced files.

It's down to him fucking up his map.
