Admiral Refuge Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 I've looked into this in the past; every member in the self-defense community calls it bs.If you want to learn martial arts or self defense, it's best to find a dojo or studio – also be willing to practice until you've committed it to muscle memory.
