How do i make a skills bar

i want a skills bar thats like key 1 key 2 ,3 ,4 and so on up to like 9 but i cant find any tutorials on them and i dont realy understand anything if you could help me out at all im pretty noob on this thing and i dont know how to use it very well just GFX and mapping so far :P

ok one please explain in better detail what you want, two if you mean another bar like health you will have to have ini reading and a scripted event when you do a event to call a even such as read or write or edit the ini.

i mean like a bar to put like skills on so you can just hit 1 or 2 or 3 to use the skill faster

i think theres a spell bar tut some where, if there is you can use that and modify it.
