My friend made this orc sprite. Tell me what you guys think.

The mouth needs to be shifted more towards the right because of the angle of the head, the chest needs some more detail like the pectorals and you could have the left arm appear from behind for the first orc. Overall it's really good for originally work, keep it up. :D

I like the bigger sprites, will they all be this big?

If they are playable races they are good. But if you don't have paperdoll problems I think they should be bulky, have some muscular mass to them.

Its going to be specifically for my character because its my custom gm sprite. This is my new and improved version of my orc.

Not bad but needs more muscular definition in the torso and arms.
