Need a little help with my computer

Ok, for some reason my new old computer wont play streaming videos very well, I am sure it's due to it's shitty video card, any way to fix this without having to upgrade my video card? Any ideas?

Look up your computer's manufacturer and see if you can install better video drivers for your video card. It should be relatively easy to find them.

Before you upgrade it make sure its not just a crappy internet connection.

Also make sure you have the latest flash and video card driver.

When I first booted up my new Windows 7 install, videos were pretty laggy for me too, till I did the above.

@Marsh-Def not internet connection 100kbs should not be laggy on my good comp it's just fine.

I've tried updating my drivers but it keeps telling me I can't

the specs are

Manufacture-Ultra
it has a AMD inside
with ATI video card it's a rage pro

I cant seem to find a update for the driver that will work.

It might be the streaming program your using.  I know youtube's "upgrades" have really slowed it down.  But veoh, Flv and MegaVideo are pretty good at streaming.  If streaming has become too slow to use in general, you might want to start downloading the videos instead.

it's not youtube or anything. it's the computer because with my good custom built comp it works perfectly.
