The New World
The top 32x32 corner of your tileset is your transparent colour for your entire tileset.

The New World
It makes no difference. The reason the color still shows is because the color that is showing in your tileset, there should be a 32 by 32 pixel square (At least) at the top left of your tile sheet. This is read as a transparent color and if it is found anywhere else in the tileset, it'll be read as transparent and not show on the map.
renzo
To fix your problem change the top left corner tile to neon pink(or any neon colour for that matter).
