Yogurt or Pudding

Both are awesome, but Yogurt wins. Sure, chocolate or butterscotch pudding is nice, but you can have a tub of yogurt as a meal in and of itself. I've mowed a thing of peach yogurt many times, you can't eat a giant thing of pudding and call it a meal.
Also, just way more things you can do with yogurt. It can even stand in for ice cream as frozen yogurt.

Pudding is too sweet for many applications, and is horribly less versatile.  Yogurt however, is really something.  Yogurt comes in a variety of flavors and thicknesses, and can even be frozen.  Yogurt can be mixed with granola, fresh fruit, and honey for the best breakfast known to man(set aside horribly unhealthy breakfasts and the delicious breakfast sandwich) while it can also be a nice dessert, like frozen yogurt.  There's also more decadent ways to serve yogurt, like [this](http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/chocolate-and-berries-yogurt-dessert/4ab283d7-2bce-497b-aefd-0453d718c80b).

While pudding can also be frozen into delicious desserts or eaten plain, pudding is generally much more unhealthy and is mostly sweet, and one note, where as yogurt has a tang to it and can be any flavor imaginable.
