[EO] Tutorial NPC

Hello.
I would want to know how I can make it so that when you start the game, the player MUST talk to the tutorial NPC before proceeding to the next map, like, you can't proceed until you talk to him.
I can't really find a way to do it :/

Here's a work around, make the starting map contain no warps, then when you talk to the npc, as Musbah said, you teleport to a duplicate of that map, same coordinates, that contains the original warping attributes and such. How to warp?

Create a new NPC type, and when this npc is attacked, call a teleporting action. It's relatively simple. Just look around the source for references.
