When you get to the point where you know where a problem is simply by hearing what error the person received then you know that you're a programmer.I've realised that even more so since I started developing software for the NHS. 90% of our work is fixing bugs.It's just a case of practising until you get it, I'm afraid. In the mean time it's probably best to keep your software to yourself. Releasing it to the public means you need to take on the responsibility of support and development.
