British Politicians are disgraceful

I'm not sure about fellow Englishmen who watched the Americans in Congress recently over the whole anti-piracy nonsense, but I found it all very interesting. They were given a time to speak, spoke their peace of at least some sense and made their point, then sat down.
Then the next person spoke.

Meanwhile whenever I come across the House of Commons on TV, They're jeering, laughing, making insulting jokes about each other's policies and act like children.

Example, this video;

Anybody else ashamed of UK politics?

I'm actually having a hard time to find any videos of the House of Commons where they aren't jeering. :|

Edit;

Ah, here we go! However, this is the House of Lords. These guys are independent from the House of Commons and handle laws and keep the Government, House of Commons, in check.

Is that Count Dracula with a tan in the background, 6:30? xD

The fact that there is a certain amount of tension between the parties is great. Still, most places outside of secondary school still act like secondary school.

You've got to realise that most of these politicians have long-running rivalries going all the way back to when they were in Cambridge sucking each other's dicks.

Yeah, and now they're in office running the country. If they want to follow up on rivalries, leave burning shit outside of each other's doors, or pull out a watergun on the street.

Don't take it to the House of Commons whilst discussing important matters about how the country is run. We put our _coughtrustcough_ in these guys to represent us in our interests, and they just mong at each other.

It's _always_ been like this. It's not a new thing. They're always bitching behind each other's backs and generally acting like children.

But every company I've ever been in has worked the exact same way. People never really grow up, they just learn how to act in public.

lol.. they act just like this here in Canada, which is no surprise seeing as we borrowed their political structure.. but its part of politics.. ive seen american politicians do the same thing only in a more "civilized" manner.. whether its civilized or not doesnt matter as theyre at opposition to one another and there is bound to be insults at some point; whether they are properly structured insults or not doesnt really matter.. at the end of the day they all go to the same bar, have a few drinks and continue the jesting
