Is VB6 broken?

whenever I try coding in source tutorials nothing ever seems to happen. I know I'm bad but even deleting stuff doesn't change anything. Is my VB6 broken or corrupted?

You need to COMPILE the game before running the *.exe takes your changes into effect. File > Make EO.exe or File > Make Server.exe, depending on which you're editing.

VB6 Compiles all your source files, forms and classes into a single executable binary. After that it never uses the source files again, until you compile it again.

I've done all that and yet it still doesn't work. Anything else I'm doing wrong?

If your changes aren't active in the compiled binary then you're obviously doing something wrong.

No, your vb6 is not broken, you need to do 3 things

1) Make sure you are editing in vb6  :star:

2) compile the changes into the exe or run from vb6 (the play button) to see changes  :star:

3)Try real hard not to anger robin, he will make your soul cry  :sad:

I'm sure there are other steps but try those and get back to me, I'm sure we can figure this out.
