i dont really know how is it in project vertigo but if you use Eclipse stable version try pressing F1 if u are using eclipse origins version try pressing Ins key or type /admin

it isnt bug, it is made for it so other players cant steal ur loot, but after 30 secs other can see it too and after 90 secs, it dissapears
