How do you make it like chat with npcs like on crystalshire??

Well i edited modConstants and made the MAPX to 1000 and MAPY to 1000 and MAX MAPS to 500 but it wont let me make my maps bigger nor go to like map 101\. Help please??

Okay i did that now i get RTE: 10048 ADDRESS IN USE

RTE: 13 but i modified stuff the one that made me mad was in the 10049 idk something like that

Okay, I install everything incorrectly I get my client running, but I run my server. "Runtime Error" I atleast tried 15 different things before freaking out about it. Nothing works, I can still play on my client, BUT my server run thing won't work so I can't make my own server nor make myself admin and stuff like that. PLEASE HELP!!!
