  1. Yuss, no 64x32's tmk… plus the broken search bar isn't helping me any :S
  2. Does anyone have a sprite with normal [not mideivel] clothes I can slap on Project Vertigo? its 64x32. Like just basic t-shits, long sleeved shirts, jackets, pants, etc that I can recolor for gang use? I am 'capable' of making them again [computer crash :s], but I have NO spare time on my hands lately, and someone else has probably already done such a task. It would be very appreciated and would save lots of time. :]
  3. I was looking for Wraith's glorious tilesets, and I found 1, but I had a better one before my computer was fried and I had to start my project all over again. Wraith, if you post every tileset from your [abandoned?] project, I will give you a blowj- I mean biscuit. :renzo:
  4. It seems like everyone else makes MORPGs that assume an era where there is no electricity, with swords and armor… Anyone know what? Personally I am making a modern game with gangs...
  5. How incredibly convenient! Thanks so much. And sorry for the specifics, but would an arrow stop at a same-class victim, or go through them? If you don't know, don't go through the trouble of checking; I am not completely lazy ;)
  6. Well I have come back to Eclipse, and am astounded at MrMiguu's Project Vertigo. A million kudos to him. But Can someone help me touch up on the best way to do the following? Just a few words per answer to brush up my memory will work I have gangs, and I plan to make each gang a class. While avoiding sadscript/source edits [although I am capable and willing if necessary], how can I eliminate the friendly fire? The game is mostly full of guns, so I would want arrows to go through the same element the bowman it was fired from. Does that make sense? I will edit this post as opposed to flooding the questions board if I am stuck. I just have a lot of questions come to mind, as I am not capable of using Eclipse just yet, and am still using paper to design the layouts of the game.
  7. I made it in closed source eclipse, what do I do?
  8. 5 shots of Aristocrat Vodka. 2 tablespoons powdered Lemonaid 4 tablespoons powdered orange kool-aid NOW GO GET CRUNK! :)
  9. I will… But man, what a depressive intro 0,o
  10. @Ballie: > I would suggest MoleBox too, though. Regardless of whether or not it's easy to decompress, it makes things more difficult without impairing the program. A lot of DRM programs these days impair the program for the user, and will inevitably be broken anyway. If someone wants to steal, they will. That's not a problem with what you are doing. That is a problem with them. However, in these types of communities, we generally have either noobs or hard workers. The noobs will just take your stuff. A simple thing like MoleBox will deter 99% of those people. The crafty ones that will do anything to get at your work are going to succeed simply because anything can be broken. Just make sure you do not put the maps in there, that was a headache
  11. Install the library files, my son. http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/ELIS.exe
  12. @†Rose: > @Marsh: > > > **They dont have to be in any particular format.** Thanks so much for making me look like a total douchebag :P About to check lol
  13. @[TE: > Captain evilbunnie link=topic=55239.msg584761#msg584761 date=1260573029] > Yeah, You have a point, Someone will always find a way to steal your stuff. > But try MoleBox, Thats a good application. It even encrypts itselft. Actually it just compresses all of the files into one, and can easily be decompiled
  14. Also, considering _most_ leechers aren't that smart, you could also try hiding the folders. They can still be accessed, but not as easily. _To do this, right-click the GFX folder, and simply click the 'hidden' box. Make sure you know how to view them after they are hidden, though! www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html :)_
  15. Dude these are really good Like just what I was looking for… Exept I need male and female to be close to the same... Time for a sex change.
  16. I think it is because *most* good eclipse games tend to be popular in the community only. Noobs who want a crappy game to seem like it was hard to make [because Eclipse is so easy to use] will try to have people in other communities play it for respect. When they see that the game sucks, they assume we suck.
  17. Well I am using MrMiguu's side-scrolling engine. It is great, and if you want to make a platform mmo you should try it if you haven't. The problem I have is that when I have the sprites set to 32x64 and I jump onto a Platform the has a lower Ycoord than before I jumped, a glitch happens where the top 32 pixels of the sprite don't change with the running animation, but the bottom 32 pixels do. If this isn't specific enough just let me know.
  18. @†Rose: > Theres more where that came from >.> If you'd get on msn while I'm on for once. I'm not that annoying. Aww i sense abandonment :O Jk :] I think i have some if those aren't enough. Does size matter?
  19. I see great sprites untill i need them :P I found some, but can yall post some that I can use w/ credit? Afterall, the character is seen at all times, might as well use a really good one :] I need both genders, white and black skin :P
  20. Wow lol if i wasnt so far into my current game i would make a halo game xD
  21. Zakk (surprisingly not taken on most sites) Zach (same) 00zach00, Kr0niK, zpsh (I don't even remember what that stands for but i still use it :P), and Zodiakk (thats my name with odi in the middle and its the name of a serial killer xD)
  22. Will types.mod give away my maps [thus meaning i should pm it] or can I just put it in a post? Im at school atm :P
