I re-downloaded Origins, replaced the old server application with a new one, and sure enough it's up and running again. I'm just glad that none of the data files were corrupted along with the application. This has given me some incentive to make more frequent backups of the folder… If you didn't edit the server source, it could have been a map or item that you saved that became corrupted. One of the solutions would have been to delete all the items, maps, or spells so that you could delete the corrupted file.
