20m/h means average per hour which doesn't mean you can only spend one hour.

30 mph. Proof: Average is all numbers added together divided on the total amount of numbers. If we add 10 mph and 30 mph, we get 40 mph and when divided on the total amount, which is 2, we get an average of 20 mph. Simple as shit.
