I personally think that seeing as if you search for a sadscript tutorial on the internet or on youtube you only find Eclipse there should be way more Sadscript tutorials on Eclipse. I'm not sure if you made your own scripting or if it is a type of scripting but since Eclipse is obviously the only one using is almost everyone in our community should have the chance to learn it. Godlords tutorials are good yet there are all types of different people in the community and some of them I have talked to dont understand A THING that goes on in that tutorial. And yeah I know he started the topic of where its going to cover all of sadscript or atleast most of it and thats cool but if its the same as the last tutorials barely anyone thats new to the community will know sadscript unless taught directly from a master of sadscripting which some scripters aren't even willing to do. So yeah tell me what you think about that…

Next time you make a topic don't explain the topic from the title…explain the topic from the topic. And if you want it so badly you should at least try to make it by yourself because I doubt 2.8 is going to come out with the log in on the main menu that would have to be an individual project thing. Get some help with GUI and VB6 if needed...

Get some sort of reputation on the forums before attempting to ask someone to host your server, oh and you might want to add some details…like whether you want it 24/7 and what not.

Since you guys say your such good drawers and seeing as this will be a snow scene, most of the default snow tiles are pretty blank and wont look good unless you add customs so which type of drawing are you good at…Sprites or real life? And if your only good in real life do you think you could convert that skill to sprites?

Could use some work but I like it seeing as its 100% custom made, lmao I just thought that if I were you instead of three sprites I would probably have them all on there like an army for the background but that's me…not you.

First, "Online" is a very common used name and if you want your game to stand out more I advise…but not enforce that you change it so something unique. Second, I'm sure your game is dandy and what but without further details as to why they should join it is a joke, no offense of course. Third, You should get your GUI and GFX together and provide some screens maybe even a storyline if that's what your game is dependent on and then come back to ask for help.

Did you use fresh water or tap water? Sand/gravel in the bowl? Plan to get the mating eggs out to hatch?

Also, you can change the size of scrolling maps which is a nice lil feature. I'm pretty sure someone asked this question before so I would advise you read and research the forums before posting. Cause someone that really needs help might have been pushed down by you ;)

This is what you do…Get your own client and server if you don't already and make about 5 maps a day *depending on your schedule* Out of about 20 maps you will choose 5 you like the best and update this topic, and you will repeat this process over and over till you get better. Now you have something to do... Oh and when your done with mapping for the day and your bored try your hand at spriting or learning a coding language...

I wish to become a Game Programmer…I know not a single language right now but in the future all of that will change. As for why...I see a lot of people on the forums making stuff for the community, getting noticed, expressing themselves through what they know. I want to express myself through programming and not always mapping.

I like 3D cause on 2D sometimes you cant get exactly what you want, 3D is great for a lot of stuff even though it takes up way more space…
