  4. Weapon icons are completed for the first release! Time to finish all the armor off now!   5. Holy nigger dicks. Start from scratch. Look up anatomy (the legs should be the same size as the head + body). Work on a better palette, and ditch the messy dithering shading style you've went after. Try and keep it cleaner.
  6. Hey guys, I started a blog yesterday for Elandor Chronicles. I'm going to try and add new information on game design and Elandor Chronicles as often as possible.   8. Look's great, and the spawned consumable idea is good, as long as they can't spawn too regulaly. Unfortunately using Eclipse, spawns can't be random so your players will remember all these spawn spots, and do 'runs' to get as many of the consumables as they can. Can't wait to see more!

I'd like to however see some more of your work is possible. If interested, is there any chance you could try a sample of art (tiles preferably) matching my game style? I may or may not be able to negotiate some small payment, however the project is low budget and I'm merely a university student.

One dimension would be 1 axis, there's no such thing as a one dimensional visual object, unless its something logical like time.

The major problem I encountered was the fact that there was no center y-axis value on the sprite. While the sprite does have good proportions, its this reason entirely why the boobs are off-centre. Nonetheless, I also tweaked some contrast and hue values, and played around with some other stuff (like made the shadow less intense and gave her less clothes) to hopefully give you ideas and help out.

You've just wasted your time, you might as well have ripped it. If you had a book or few pages of reading, and instead of photocopying it you retyped it from scratch, it wouldn't be worth your time or talentful. Same concept for this tileset, your using all the same colors, referencing it identically, and trying to make it look the exact same, so why not just rip it?

Thanks for the response guys, I got some great popularity for this service, particularly by PMs. I wish all applicants whose submissions were turned down no harsh feelings, and thank you for attempting! Dash, from the community has made an incredible submission, and already completed **all** the chestgear for Elandor Chronicles. Until further notice, I am now only searching for legging submissions for those who wish to try or try again.

  21. Looks alright, but what the duck is with the music? Not a fan of the combat either.
  22. Thanks for the input, I'll make appropriate adjustments to fix that up. Going to work on some variations for the transition to specific terrains at the top of the tile. For example, grass tufts over the cliffs.

  24. Up until this point I never had cliffs. Worked on the first type of elevation. What do people think? Does it work? ![](http://i45.tinypic.com/24qr39v.png) Contrast levels are a bit mixed up, currently reworking them so ignore how the trees appear 'muddy' compared to the rest of the tiles.
