There is already that feature in the map editor. Use the Map editor, click 'Attributes' Click the Items radio button, input the item number, and value (non-stackable items set to 1, otherwise however the ammount) Next time, check out the tutorials…

meaning you coul pick up the item without it having any respawn time? Change the GetTickCount on the respawn item.
