Yes I would try this. Because apparently the client isnt updating the gfx… and that doesnt seem possible because it loads it from the folder.

but it stops loading tiles 3-4? please check to make sure that the images are all .bmp file exstention. Because if it load the old 3-4 tilesets then their probably still in the folder and the new ones you added are probably not .bmp. Because if they were they would have automatically replaced the old. If named and saved correctly.

Oh thats your problem? the maps aren't loading? I thought this was a tileset issue.

oh wait a just read a few pages back in this topic. By any chance when you go into your tiles folder is their a number skipped? is it like 1.bmp, 2.bmp, 3.bmp, 4.bmp. Or did you by some chance skip a number. like 1.bmp, 2.bmp, 3.bmp, 5.bmp. like forget one? Because if so the engine stops loading them. Their cant be any jump or missing numbers. It has to be right in a row. Or else were you skipped it stops loading them.

if you have maps(which i don't see how you would since you cannot get the tiles loading) then save all the maps in the server folder under the map section. That goes the same for items and other things youve made and don't want to remake. Then download a fresh copy. and copy them to the respected fodlers.

Save the files needed to develop the game and start with a fresh copy. Read all the documentation and make sure you know how the systems work.

Wow, start over like robin said and follow the tutorials step by step. Edit: Their should not be a 6 page topic attempting to help you get the tilesets working.

Also, if you have photoshop when selecting a color it does show you the hex code. just saying for future.

I do not believe it supports wma, plus wma are such huge files its not worth it. If you know how to function vb6 or can get someone to add this for you it should be usefull.

@Reaper, I agree with chief on this one. that banner is horrible and looks like you slapped it together in 15 seconds on photoshop. The little banner in my sig only took me three minutes and it at-least looks presentable. You just added font over a picture and set the color to red. No hate my friend but i have a quality assurance type of thing i abide by.

Thanks anna, their will be outlines on the building tiles, its just the start so its just the basic tiles. And thanks for pointing out the tiling error with the east side of that building. didn't notice. Edit:Damn Im already thinking about switching my idea and starting to pixel a new game. lol. unless im persuaded to keep this. If not, if anybody out their is making a cool zombie game and want a real nice gui I'd be willing to finish the set for someone worthy.

lol. No 2012 wasnt caused by zombies, ha people are so critical. I just slapped that sig together because the buildings and scenery in game are going to be wrecked and ruined because its the apocalypse. Zombies just happen to be running around.
