    Sound Help

Do other sound wav's play in your game? Sometimes the files have a slightly different format and won't play. You can try reconverting them to wav files with a sound editor program.
  2. There's one thing I would like to see added. The same style of player controlled paperdolling that Codemaster's Realm has, where the player can basically make their character look the way they want to. I'd also like to see a move away from the small character sprites and do this with a normal looking player character. Like a move away from anime. We can paperdoll now, but I'm talking more about when a player signs on, I'd like to see them be able to create their character sort of from the ground up.
  3. I don't seem to have permission to close the topic, or i would. And that is my point, it's not a show off forum. I put it up as resources, it's not up for critique. There it is, I can lock it now.
  4. Yes, you did come here to start a fight. You have no talent at all or you wouldn't be wasting time criticizing someone else's work. If you can't put up something better, there is no point in your words. It only shows how ignorant you are. If you don't like or enjoy someone else's files, no one is forcing you to download them. I did not put them up for your insignificant opinions, I put them up to share them with people who may want them. If you don't want them, I don't care. If you don't like them, I don't care either. I'm just sick of self loathing wastes of space thinking they can criticize other people because they think it gives them a lift. People like you are sick in the soul. Empty. Full of self hatred and self loathing so it spills over into everything you do and touch. And it's sad to see. In conclusion, put up something better. If you can't or "won't" it just proves I'm right. You do nothing but sit on this forum and never produce a thing. And you probably never will. Does it make you feel big, or give you a lift to think you are hurting another person? Sorry but it's not working. It only shows how low you are. I think other people's work fills you with jealousy because you can't make anything yourself. Prove I'm wrong. Put up or shut up. It's that simple. You think you can do a better tree or fireplace for Eclipse, let's see it.
  5. It's always interesting to see the talentless criticize other people's work. When you actually have some talent, talk to me then.
  6. @Domino_: > Found Bug EO 2.0 when you pick up money it gives you this money but that what you had disapears. > example you have 200g in chest is 50g , you open chest and you dont have 250g but only 50g …. I have this bug. Does anyone have a code fix for it?
  7. I made the wallpaper for Sims2 years ago. The rest was just graphics I've had laying around for awhile.
  8. Removed by me because this is not a place that should have it.
  9. I'm working off of Eclipse Starlight. The midi music will not play at all and if I try to change it in map editor, I get a game crash as soon as I exit the editor or reload the map and music still will not play at all. It won't even preview the midis in the map editor, no midi will play there. The game's sounds work, it's just the music that's crashing. What can I do to fix it? I don't know what's causing it in the code. And every single time I've tried to change the midi in the map editor, it corrupts that map and the game will crash as soon as I try to load it. I don't think it's anything I have done because I tried a vanilla version of Starlight and it's doing the same thing.
  10. This tutorial worked great for me. I put this into Eclipse Starlight. The only problems I had were I forgot to enable the button, so it was dead when I went into map editor, and then when I did enable it, I saw I had to make the button and it's form a bit bigger to see the names of the animations. But that was it. I have it working now.

    Increasing Item Size

Thanks, I'll give it a try. What I'm having a big problem with is like, I had a larger sprite character equip an axe, which was set as a paperdoll and was in the paperdoll folder. Well, since the character was much larger, the axe ended up way too small. So from what you're saying, just make the axe file bigger? All I'm doing with resizing is just doubling the size of the sprite character to 64 instead of 32.
  12. Did you make the armor file yourself? Check if it's the right format and size. Even if it's the right format, you might need to change how many colors. Sometimes one thing like that can crash you right out. Also, check your item settings and make sure everything is okay in there.

    Increasing Item Size

I'm having a problem with when I make my sprite characters bigger, the items are way too small when they equip them. I need to make the items larger. Do I need to hack the source to do this? And what files would I need to mod in the source? I have vb6 and I'm not too new to it. I just need to know where to look with this, like what frames in the source. Or has someone already made a script or mod for dynamic item sizes? That's really the only problem I have right now. Items and weapons need to be larger to fit larger sprites.
