Oh, I know fully well that this project isn't creative, new, and, yes, you're right, I might as well learn from making something creative, and I chose not to. I might not appear to, but I am not ignoring the [valid] criticism. I never really started this to learn anything, I just wanted to take a short break from working on certain things, and it was a refreshing little side-project. I'm pretty much done with anything I wanted to refresh on, and I don't think there's much point in putting up a DL link, as nobody really cares. ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//tongue.png) Anyway, if I ever do decide to make this serious, I'd probably re-code the thing in C and SDL, I'd redo the graphics with Anosora, and we'd actually develop the concepts into something that's viable as a game. ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//biggrin.png) EDIT: > What the hell is wrong with all of you. The incidental thing is, I'm not even complaining about their posts, and they're not even criticising the game itself, they're just taking my posts literally to try and make me look like a lemon. xD (And by them, I don't mean Fuu or Deino.) I never said I didn't want comments. I said that this isn't a serious project. They then took that further to make me seem as if I wanted no posts at all. ¬_¬

  8. Has it occurred to any of you guys that I don't give a damn whether it's original or not, and that I'm just doing this for fun? It seems only Whack here understands our actual motive to just make something. If I was trying to be original, I wouldn't have repeatedly stated explicitly on the last page that this is effectively our own try at a Terraria/Junk Jack game. Neither would I use Visual Basic 6 or Direct3D8, that I quickly ripped from EO, 'cause I was lazy. Either choose to play, and that's great, or just don't play at all. It doesn't affect me, whatever you choose.

  16. Why should we have to ask around, to find out details of your game? You should, as an obvious standard, post links, videos, images, etc, yourself, not expect us to do so, otherwise, what's the point of showcasing your game? >_>

Opinions would be great, and please don't flame without reason! The site is coded with just plain HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and jQuery (Nivo.) The theme is just the default myBB theme that I've modified to fit around my site design. I'm aware of many nuances, but even if they're obvious, please, point them out to me, to make sure I've missed nothing! In the near future, I'll be integrating the forum to The Tower, Time's Hourglass, Onyxmon, and a few other things I should keep quiet, so it's worth signing up now.

  20. Yep, given that all they do is dig down at the moment (Or rather, start from a point underground, and dig up), and have a 1-in-5 chance of generating. I'll reduce it to something like 1-in-8/10, and I'm also changing chasm generation around by quite a bit, to be more natural looking, and less…straight. ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//tongue.png) As for the chasms near the chunks, I didn't notice that, and that should've been obvious to me, but hey, thanks for telling me. I'm not refering to your choice of interface (although, I do believe it was added to CSDE for demonstration purposes; you're not actually meant to use it.), I was referring to the graphics that SirBernard posted, although, he removed it now, so, at least nobody will be misled to believe that they can just freely use it.
