Well, after reading through the entire post, I have to say you surprised me. I don't mean to be a bit of a downer, but I'm really hesitant to think that this will work out even in the slightest. Hear me out. You're looking for a crew of twelve that would be working for free. That's nearly all the daily active users on this site. Sure, some group members could take on more than one role, but for a project requiring this many positions, I find it unlikely that even most would be filled. I wouldn't mind this so much if only you took on more responsibility than project manager. I realize you don't have all the time in the world to devote time to even the site itself, but seeing as this is your project, I personally would wait until I had more to bring to the table. But, that's just my opinion on the matter. Feel free to prove me wrong. Regardless of how I feel on this, I wish you the best of luck to both you and anyone considering joining.

You talk of greenlighting an engine that probably doesn't even exist yet, but that's just speculation. This isn't some whimsical change that you brought about. It was planned. A topic explaining the new hosting was posted two days before this one, leaving many users in the dark. We only found out after the changes were already made. Not that that's necessarily bad, or anything, but I don't think the community likes undeclared and unexplained changes in the community. Especially so with a change of this degree. With all that's happening, I can't help but feel like we've been through this before in July two years ago when Amish took over. I'm sure you don't want the site to go through that again. It's not that I don't want Eclipse to flourish, and I'm certainly no master at managing a community. But with no increase in members, and a plethora of safe words garnered to instill some idea of a future for Eclipse with no real shown promise, I'm not hopeful. Please prove me wrong.
