I reported the NPC bug ages ago and you did not believe me. Doesn't matter I'm just glad it is getting patched :D.

Hello crzy, In response to your question it is the Eclipse 3.0 Event system with DX8 with Alatar's Quest system. It was in the resource system but the owner took it down for no reason. I decided to help the community and upload it as Dragon Eclipse is very buggy.
