Fixed. To any having this error: Certain edits that modify the ServerLoop.bas module can severely mess up data from the Client/Server connection, therefore causing an error once the Client connects to the Server. If you wish to fix this problem, simply remove all edits affecting the server loop file, and then paste the default server loop coder over the old one.

Okay, this is really odd. So, I made a map, then exited out of all my applications. Then, I edited the client/server source to add Lightning's Boss Framework. So I cam back in and I got "Runtime Error 9: Subscript out of range". Then, I went back and undid the source edits on both side. I went back and still had the error. Then, I deleted the map. I still get the error on startup after logging in. I really need help, this is urgent. EDIT: It's the server. Definitely the server. I tried it with multiple versions of my client and still got the error. :( Should I post my server code…?
