Pazuzu Posted August 3, 2012 Share Posted August 3, 2012 I use GIMP so ican't helpyou with PAINT.NET and why i think you need to photoshopped it yourself because of the following reason.I concluded that you convert your Ico from a large pic file like JPEG or any other image and the file was not originally 16x16\. The Ico converter need to compressed the file but this action will make the .ico produced to be unsupported by some app and VB6 is one of it. Let me tell you that .ico file is actually a 16x16 png file so by just by changing the extension of 16x16 JPEG file or file format other than PNG will make the product .ico file to be unusable.That is why you should learn to edit the image by photoshopping it.Best RegardWind_Devil Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
