Im trying to make 2D mmorpg and i chose to use Eclipse Origins because i think it's the most easy and simple way to make mmorpg. But i want to change the client to fullscreen because it is very small as windows mode. I will be glad if some1 will explain me how to make the client fullscreen or even windowed in higher resulotion. thanks for reading!

This so far and I am almost sure has not been done already and probably never will. First the way the eclipse GUI works. Second it's way to much work which would take a long time to make it work with every resolution . I to wanted to do this a while ago but it's a bit pointless. You can try but you will probably rip all the hair on top of your head before you accomplish this [hint] know don't take me wrong if you get a bit of experience you probably will do it ![;)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png)

I feared that would be a problem. Thank you for the answer, and could you possibly answer my other question as well?

yah but still he wants for example it enable full screen and what if someone doesn't have the same screen as him? Or if the game doesn't fit on the persons screen? He should provably not mess with it. The way you do it is a way but it would cause alot of conflict.[edit] also he would have to redo his GUI wouldn't he? And I don't think he wants to do that. I mean maybe but still conflicts etc.

You can't use notpad++ bro please look online for a copy of vb6 professional or enterprise edition…

Also fullscreen is completely possible but yes could be a pain if u add multiple resolution types I found a good example of it awhile back ill try to find the link

Well that sucks. I don't have a lot of money to spend on the program. Why can't I use Notepad? I can edit the files just fine. Is there no other way to compile them?

> No sorry man it won't work… Visual Basic 6 is no longer for sale by Microsoft but you can always find one for sale online for about 600 bucks.. or u could look for a "free" copy like most people here

Oh well. I don't fancy breaking the law and risking future employment with the US government based on that.

Sorry for hi-jacking your thread elad.

*facepalm*.

It is one of THE MOST simplest things to do. I posted something on some other thread on this board that should provide it, just look for that.

Lucky you, I found it for you.
