This doesn't seem like an actual question, more of a request (a rather large one at that). I'll be moving it to the request board.

I do think it's unlikely anyone will be willing to do this for you though, nor do I see you explaining what you need it for or what you'll offer in return. You might want to add more information to your post, it may not help much but it could at least increase the chances of you getting what you asked for (or at least a step in the right direction).

I think you mean making a public chatroom, since without gold, equipment, and npcs the "Game" loses the RPG aspects, you also don't even need vb6.. Just google

"How to make a public chatroom online".
