Nook
I love seeing videos of the process. The biggest issue is the hat. Adjusting the hat to match the top-down perspective of the sprite would help tremendously. ex:![](http://i46.tinypic.com/aouryh.png)Saturated reds, pure greys, and poop browns? While those colors can be stylized, they are usually only used by amateurs. It's the equivalent of a painter restricting himself to the colors straight out of the tube, instead of mixing his own. I would suggest you use more natural tones.I noticed you did a little pillow shading. It'd a small canvas to detail on, yes, but try to avoid pillow shading. It looks too flat as it is.Those are my suggestions. What you have is not bad, but there's always room for improvement. ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)

Kusy
Well… it doesn't look like a cyborg. It doesn't look like a gangsta. Those might be my main issues with it.

Kusy
You're making a tiny sprite. The fact that you imagined that this gray thing on his arm is a robotic part of an android has no correlation with me seeing it as such. When you do it in a HUGE zoom it even might look like what you wanted it to look… but when you look at it in the original size...It's a friggin Amish with his hand in a cast. Dirty one too.
