Ever.
Anna Comnena
Yeah unless you count the .223/5.56mm NATO ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png) ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.png) ![](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png)
Mal
Approximately the same projectile size, but has almost triple the muzzle velocity, and therefore far greater energy. Having shot multiple people in the face with 5.56 I assure you that it does the job just fine; the difference between those small rounds and something bigger is obviously just the amount of mess it creates. Hit a head with 7.62x51 and it'll canoe it; nothing left in the center and the face will peel back like a Halloween mask. Hit a head with 5.56 and they'll still be recognizable, leaving almost everything in tact. The unfortunate side-effect of a small round, however, is the "burn-through" effect. I've hit a person in the chest twice, center mass with 5.56, and watched them full-out sprint another 50 yards before jumping into a canal and reeds to hide. I've done the same, albeit with one round, with 7.62x51 and watched them pull a half-somersault off the back of a flat bed pickup truck and eat complete shit (no movement); of course, the round impacted 2 inches south, center of the right collarbone from 450 yards. Lavos
Very cool, I still got one of those old consoles. Secret of Mana and Super Metriod was my all time favorite during its time.
