Guest
I think honestly you should do option 3 but with a thinner outline. I like the thick outline but I dont like how overpowering the black is.

Guest
I just checked, and the dark brown outline is only 1 px. I don't know what you did with the thin outline but if you can emulate that with the brown outline, that'd one sexy sprite.
Zappy
… I feel like your advice could be pretty valuable, but I have no idea what you mean, aha. Care to expand/rephrase ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)?Also, how are these tiles looking so far ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)?![](http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/6420/25921387.png)Does the grass work? Guest
I like the grass but it needs more "blades" to it. Bladed grass. As far as the sprite goes, I like the thick black outline, but I think black is too overpowering. It would look good with a thick brown outline instead of the black. DMF
no thick outline looks nice to me. ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)
Xolani
I like the thinner outline of style one. The other ones seem to draw your eye to them too much instead of the actual character.
