ok make sure that on the page of your router that looks like this…. (it does look like this page right?)
![](http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DI-524/DI-5243.jpg)

click on enable

Name: Eclipse
Private IP:  192.168.X.XXX What ever you local ip is.  (IPCONFIG)
Protocol Type: TCP…  BOTH if you can
Private Port: 4000
Public Port: 4000
Schedule: Always

click on apply

Add another virtual server and do this same thing for 4001, and 4002 ports

I dont have a d-link but i believe this is how you do it.

Then give your friends your ip from ip-chicken, or whatsmyip, and have them use port 4000

@l0lz!:

> If you've port forwarded to port 4000, and still can't login. Try using ports 4001 or 4002\. Make sure you're also using your IP, or a No-IP with the client on.

Well if you couldnt get into your router's page, how did/are you going to forward the ports?
the first thing you need to do is figure out whats wrong with your router.

But to answer your question, you change the port eclipse is using in the config.ini and data.ini

umm no… that is a local ip (LAN).
we need external (WAN).

and now you confused me, you said your static is 0.105, and now you are saying your ip is 0.100

lets get to the basics....
1) how many computers are you using? are you running a dedicated server?
2) what is the local ip (LAN) of the server (use ipconfig)
3) what is your WAN (http://www.ipchicken.com) the numbers in blue
4) what port is set in your data.ini in your server folder.

once we get those answered we can move along.
