Lenton
Is there a way for player not to have to download library files. Can't you put all the files needed (like the .dll and .oxc or W/E) with the client download?
DrNova
You can put the library files installer and or the ELI in your download, and tell them to use them both if they get any errors.
shadowwulf
there is also a few programs out there to make istallers…you can set it to run the ELI then extract the client.I would like to see the ability to compile everything into one app... so we dont have a client folder. DrNova
agreed.Though that would require completion of all GFX and stuff first.Besides, even my wow folder has a bunch of stuff with the .exe, so probably not feasable
Baron
EE1 included the correct method for fixing these errors. It contains a data folder with all necessary .dll files that it checks for on startup and copies and registers if necessary.Id be quite disappointed if this disappeared in later versions, bit silly.
