Dark Crusade
Your game looks incredibly boring. Not only do you have no story, but you've also restricted the players interest by only giving XP for quests. And the quests couldn't be worse. Get X of this item, get X of this item. (worse yet, your asking for like… 50 of the same item?)-_-'

Mulkaar
That is a tip in its self -.- he's giving a very obvious hint to spice the game up.
Dark Crusade
@|:> That is a tip in its self -.- he's giving a very obvious hint to spice the game up.Exactly.So if you could interpret any meaning from my post- I suggest changing the XP system, as well as making a more diverse quest system, make a story, and don't make the quests such a grind. Falnax
Also, remember that you're going to need to offer quite a large number of quests in order to make this work out - if the player can only level up by quest, you must continually design more and more as the players get stronger. Since quests normally take longer to design than they do to complete, chances are good that a player will reach a level plateau, and leave for having nothing left to do.But, still, there are more quest types than collection quests. Delivery quests, exploration quests, boss quests…just make sure you have a good mix of gameplay opportunities.
