there always has been
just once ur character has ful game access
then type in /createnpc
u will get a list of npc slots
just double click on one
and then fill out the info to make that NPC

First you should read some tutorials in the Tutorials Section.

This is how you do it :
1\. Make sure you have access of 3+
2\. Press F1.
3\. Click Editor tab. Click NPCs Editor.

I will :P And welcome to Eclipse.
A tips : To put the NPCs on the map, choose Map Editor at the Editor Window.
Click Property, and click NPCs tab. Now you can put the NPC in the map.

yeah, and to find the exact coordinates you want them to be at… open your map editor, drag it down, and move your mouse to the tile you want. The editor should tell you what the x andy cooridnates are.

Coordinates can be a little confusing, I still hate using them but it's a necessary evil.

they are pretty bugged up sometimes and can result in errors
