Adding things to EO 4.0

How do I add new characters, tilesets, items,etc. to EO 4.0? I have tried but when I added the characters it got rid of the character creation. It didn't come up when I tried making a new character. Any help would be appreciated. The faster I can do this the faster I can work on my game and post screen shots.

Generally speaking you just add your images (make sure they're *.png files with a transparent background!) in the appropriate folders.

They were.I got them from older versions of eclipse and custom versions. :/

I think you must've done something wrong somewhere. Could you show us a screenshot of the folders you changed the files in?

Looks great. After you add them you have to restart your client and the only real other thing is making sure that they are all .png format.

I restarted the client and server and I made sure every one was .png :/ idk what else it could be. I also added tilesets but I dont think that has something to do with it,does it?

Will you show screenshots of your /Data Files/ folder and your /Data Files/Default/Graphics/Tilesets folder?

Fixed. In the end Pig wanted to use his new characters as his own sprite. We accomplished this by using the class editor in the Server/Admin Tools/ folder and set him to use the old style sprites. (Note: when switching to one mode or the other you have to delete all previously made characters) Anyways, that fixed the issue and he is on his way lol.
