First you would make an NPC then set them as a Quest NPC, then set the receiving quest message and the rewarding quest message, then set the item(s) needed to complete the quest, and then set the rewarding item(s) and/or exp. Another thing you could do is add a level requirement but I don't think it would be an absolute need like the others I mentioned.Also, does it come with the custom tiles and sprites?
