I personally don't like the ghost that much, I think his head is too blue but he would be transparent. I'll have to work on it some more.

I think if you made them bigger you could add a lot of detail to them, which would be really nice considering your sprites are so small that it lacks the space to add immense detail. Though, don't get me wrong, they are very very nice. I like them a lot. Always been a fan of 16x16, etc.
