Lenton Posted July 30, 2009 Author Share Posted July 30, 2009 I done some research and have found out that I can be a sole tader under a company name that is not registered. As long as I put my real name and address on the website disclaimer it's all legal.The only advantage of registering your company name is that it would be easier to prove that you're the owner of it.
