Connection

Do not lie to me. If you were able to buy a server with such power as to merit a $350 a month cost then the engine itself would not be able to support such power. That is professional MMORPG quality.
Not to mention the guy who would of set the server up for you would of needed a connection test from you to make sure his ports worked.

Try again and stop the lies.

Edit: Not to mention you would not need a third party connection software used for LAN emulation to connect to such a power server.

You must stop lying to me. I have JUST come from a server setup hub this very day. My friend is setting up a server to host a favorite game of his that was taken off the market (Mir3 if anybody remembers it)

He is paying $120 a month to get a server that can hold up to 1500 players and is on a 24/7 service contract.

It is also fact that if the server was dedicated then you would not need to go through hamachi to connect to it. Now tell me your actual problem so I can help you without you trying to spin these stupid lies to me.

And yet you hold no knowledge of how to connect to such a server. But you have the income to merit such waste of money.

Stop being stubborn and tell me the real problem so I know what server you are actually connecting too. Is it the server you downloaded or a server on your friends computer.

On a side note. DCSWtech.com is the owner of that site and holds creative copyright over it I assume. Do not link me to some other game that you do not own.

So friends server or your own? You should not need hamachi.

Sigh. I am done with this. I will offer you what knowledge you seek but you do fool me with this terrible attempt to build ones ego above what it is.

Your servers on this so called game of yours are all currently online, and do not use the eclipse engine to run them. This leads me to believe that you have already connected the other six of them to the servers that you have already set up. If they are indeed copyrighted to you then it must be done under the name that shows up on your citizen ship for your contry, otherwise that is illegal is most parts of the world.

Hamachi is a emulation of a LAN network and can allow you to change the IP of the machine while connected to a hamachi room. You must run hamachi and make a room, then run your server at the same time, or run an account on hamachi in the same room as you with the server. Then use the hamachi IP to connect to the emulated LAN network in which you have now made.

This is all quite simple stuff for a person who has already connected six servers to dedicated servers which are copyrighted under you, or so you say.

Edit: I quote from Deathgod on these forums. "I DO NOT USE ANY MSN OR YAHOO ID ANYMORE SO DON'T GIVE YOUR INFORMATIONS TO ANYONE ON YAHOO OR MSN MESSENGERS"

Yet I see that you placed your own IM address in this shoutbox not only minutes ago. Clearly you are not the same person. Not to mention his grammar and structure is that of a educated human being, where yours holds a different style and structure.

A professional would not smite those who challenge them, only proving my point.
If you are not American then your copyright laws would be even tougher. But you MUST copyright things under a company name, birth name or partner ship name.

The educated will see through the lies of those standing below them. You are doing nothing but making a fool of yourself. I have given you the knowledge that you need, is there any problems with fixing the server now? Or have you just not taken the time to read what I said.

If you need help setting up the server to a further extent then please tell me any more problems you are having. I imagine being the owner of a online game with six servers must leave you ignorant to the skills indeeded to do this yourself, or the ability to read a guide from the hamachi website.

With Hamachi, just either give out or receive the Hamachi IP and port associated with the server you're trying to reach (depending on whether or not you're connecting or being connected to), then use that IP and port to connect. I'll assume this means you're using Eclipse. We have a guide to Hamachi, and Hamachi has a guide on their site. Just follow those steps. There's really nothing to it.

It's times like these that I wish I had such tolerance for the stupid.

Hamachi is very unprofessional and does not work well. Give me $200 and ill personally set it up FOR YOU. Since you seem to be rich :P.

If not, there is many many tutorials around the forum which you can read. Click on the tutorial button on the top. You could host this off your own computer for free. Seems like a waste of money.

Also if you really do have dedicated servers. Good chance there linux and wont work anyway.

Please don't make me laugh. Hamachi on a dedicated server? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life. Seriously, learn to Google and you'll figure out Hamachi is completely useless on a dedicated server, not to mention that the only real solution is port forwarding in almost all cases.

Quad-Core 2.83GHz, what brand? Intel, ARM, AMD, PowerPC, SPARC, Itanium? It's Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition x64 not Windows 2008 Std Ed x64 and I actually wonder why you even run Windows on a server, unless you intend on running Microsoft shit only or perhaps just for Eclipse, most servers run Linux or Solaris instead of Windows with a reason, well actually many. Triple 300GB Drive? ATA, PATA, SATA? SSD? RPM? 8GB RAM? SDD, Flash? Clock speed? I'm currently wondering what you're doing in this sector of computers, you can't even list hardware properly.

@twins:

Congratulations, I really feel terrible for them, knowing that you don't know anything they are supposed to know. What kind of boss are you?
@twins:

> look i do not know what is up with you but i never used hamachi in my life im trying to get some information to my workers to put it up so i can test this eclipse thing and add it to my portal so help me or not

For the record, you don't need Hamachi.

The barrier is 4GB per core or processing unit. That means 6.5GHz doesn't exist.
